Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is for our student-athletes 9th grade through 12th grade. This off-season training offers a great opportunity for our athletes to build a sound foundation of speed and agility that can transfer to any sport. The emphasis of the training is on movement exercises that stress technique and build safe and effective habits.

Open gym is for our student-athletes incoming 9th graders -12th graders. We will open up the gym 2-3 nights a week during the month of May to incorporate incoming 9th graders into our system and getting them prepared for team camps in June.
